With 40 years of experience working and consulting in the field of orthodontics, Tina Byrne has gained success and recognition for her well-founded proficiencies in clinical, business, and administrative functions. She has extensive knowledge and understanding of systems innovation and efficiency, data analysis, strategic business planning, and marketing implementation. She has lectured and helped guide the success of leading practices throughout North America and abroad.

Ms. Byrne has extensively trained and lectured on orthodontic insurance and in-network strategy. She has partnered with OrthoFi & Orthobanc in the development of the iMaxX program - an insurance management and fee maximization platform.

With over 35 years of experience, Sue Hanen is a trusted orthodontic consultant, specializing in practice efficiency, with a particular focus on schedule optimization - the foundation of every well-run practice. She helps practices maximize their most valuable resource: time. Using a data-driven approach, she identifies growth opportunities, streamlines operations, and develops sustainable structures that deliver results.
